Is GREM free for buyers and sellers?
Yes. Browsing the catalog, listing generation and AI chat are free without an account. The AI valuation and publishing a listing need a quick sign-in — you sign in only when you want to publish or contact a broker.
Do I need a broker to sell?
No. You can list as an owner — the form and the listing are free. If you would rather work with a broker, the Specialists section shows their city, years of experience, agency and deal count, with a note on where that number comes from.
How accurate is the AI valuation?
It is built from comparable listings in the catalogue — area, district, condition, floor — and reports a confidence level. We hold no register of completed deals, so treat it as a bearing, not a valuer's report: a sale, a mortgage or a court needs a certified valuer.
Which regions does the catalogue cover?
Germany only. Most listings are in Bavaria, North Rhine-Westphalia, Baden-Württemberg and Hesse; the market map on the home page shows every federal state with listings and, where the sample allows, the price per m².
How do I contact a broker or owner?
Click "Contact" on a listing and enter your email — we send a sign-in link, no password required. Your message is forwarded to the broker or owner instantly.
Is my data private?
Yes. We follow GDPR. Your email is used only to deliver reports and sign-in links. You can delete your account at any time from the cabinet.
